©2026   Sophia Jiaqi Xu | 徐嘉琦

From the Edge is a photographic series made across various places in the Netherlands, capturing spaces that feel both present and elusive, somewhere and nowhere at once. It explores places that hover between familiarity and unplaceability, tracing the subtle tensions between presence and absence, stillness and movement, and the fleeting qualities of places.
